Our Promise to You

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you bought directly from skinnutrition.co.za and are not satisfied, you can return most products within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any supplements—whether opened or unopened.

How to Return a Product

  1. Get a Return Authorization (REF#)
    Before sending anything back, please contact us to get a return reference number:

      • Your first and last name

      • Your web order number or sales order number

      • The product you want to return

      • The reason for the return

    • Or email info@skinnutrition.co.za with:

      • Your first and last name

      • Your web order number or sales order number

      • The product you want to return

      • The reason for the return

  2. Prepare Your Return

    • Use the original packaging.

    • Include any promotional or gift items that came with your order.

    • Add your REF# and a copy of your sales order.

  3. Send It Back

    • Mail your return within 2 weeks of receiving your REF# to:

    • Shipping is at your expense.

    • We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we’re not responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Important Return Conditions

  • Inspection Required: We can’t accept products that are more than half-used or empty.

  • Supplements: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any supplements—whether opened or unopened.

  • Gifts With Purchase: If you received a gift with purchase, please send it back with your return. We can’t process a refund without it.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Products marked as non-refundable on our website cannot be returned.

  • Refund Method: If you paid with both a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first.

  • Authorization Required: Returns sent without a REF# will not be accepted.

  • Non-Compliant Returns: Items that don’t meet the policy will not be refunded. They may be returned to you at your expense or destroyed upon request.
